We love Jesus. He is the flag we wave higher than any other. Our driving passion is to make Jesus famous. He is our everything. He has loved, saved, and commissioned us. Through Him we have found forgiveness, freedom, and fulfillment. We are compelled to the core by His words that there are “sheep of His that are not yet in His fold” and we take serious our call to go and compel them to “find hope in coming home”.

We realize that in our own strength we cannot please and serve God. We embrace the reality that it is in our honesty and humility that the power of God is clearly seen. If it wasn’t for the grace of Jesus, we would be far worse off than the worst of sinners. This perspective causes us to share our struggles, hurts, doubts, and pains with others instead of trying to hide them. This culture of “authenticity” is not only the best environment for our spiritual growth, but also a very attractive and realistic environment for those seeking to find their way back to God to explore Jesus’ claims and the transforming power of Christian community.

We love the Bible. We believe it is our road map, the greatest testament of the truth of Jesus and His Mission. We will study, talk about, apply, pray, share, treasure, and trust it in the face of apparently competing circumstances. We will build our lives and our church on what it says.

We are all about multiplication. We believe in exponential growth. We believe in reproducing disciples, leaders, churches, networks, and movements. What we have is meant to be invested in others. We grant permission, release, and empower the work of Jesus through His body. We are not consolidators, we are multipliers.

We want to be like Jesus. Jesus is the ultimate giver. We are generous with our treasure, time, and talents. Our generosity is the basis of our reproduction. As we give, we enable the power of reproduction and multiplication in our lives and the kingdom of God.

We value quality. We bring our best in partnership with Jesus and His mission. We have a passion to honor God with the very best of our skills, creative energy, and resources.

We will settle for nothing less than unity. One mind and heart, behind the vision and direction of our leadership. To realistically achieve this we will practice unified diversity. The “ditches” on specific issues (theology and practice) will be identified by the leadership, as well as the acceptable “lanes on the road”. We will not let secondary issues divide our momentum toward the primacy of Jesus and His Mission.

We believe in a BIG God, with limitless power and resources. We believe He births dreams in our hearts that cannot be accomplished on our own. We will never stop dreaming. We will never stop trusting that God is a God of the impossible. Every new storm is a new opportunity to walk on water.
